Up for sale is a 1977 Case Stag Blue Scroll 52131 Canoe, 3 5/8" closed, featuring Genuine India Stag (deer stag) handles, the Blue Scroll deep etched master Spear blade, and the pinned encircled Case shield. The front tang of the master Spear blade is stamped with Case XX Stainless USA and 3 Dots, dating this as a 1977 issue Case knife, while the rear tang of this blade is pattern stamped with 52131 SSP. Both blades have good snap and the spring is strong. The stag on this one is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This knife was part of Mint Set #094 and has the beautiful worked bolsters to show. This knife is in excellent condition & has never been used, carried or sharpened. It has been part of a private collection since its original purchase. Knife may have very minor wear and handling marks.
